Music Tuition Program Instrument Hire Return

To be completed confirming the return of an instrument to the Music Suite Office, hired by a student from the Music Tuition Program.

Please Note

Instrument/s (excluding string instruments) must be serviced before being returned to the Music Suite Office. Any remaining lessons will be credited back to your account. A receipt from one of the preferred providers confirming the servicing is also required upon return.
